VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION
A passport will be required for each member of the party, and it should be valid for at least three months after the date of return from your event. American passport holders do not require a Visa for stays up to 90 days.

INSURANCE
We require that you and your group have travel and medical insurance before joining us.

TOUR INFORMATION
The outline of the itinerary must not be taken as a contractual obligation on the part of Host Italy. Any changes in itinerary that may be caused by delays, mechanical breakdown, weather, sickness, strikes, acts of war, or other unforeseeable circumstances will not be refunded.

UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds are made for any unused services including accommodation, transportation, tickets, etc., with or without notice.

DEPOSIT
To reserve your event, we require a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total event cost to be paid when you accept the reservation.

BALANCE OF PAYMENTS
The balance of the payment is due within 60 days prior to the start of the event. Payment can only be made in Euros as quoted on your confirmed itinerary. If the balance is not paid when due, Host Italy reserves the right to regard the reservation as cancelled.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Host Italy  bears no liability for expenses incurred in the eventuality of cancelled trips.

When you cancel an event, we must ask you to notify us in writing. Host Italy reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. In such an instance, we will refund all payments received, which will constitute full settlement.

DATA PROTECTION
We will not use any personal data relating to you at any time if it is not in connection with your booking. We will not pass on such data to third parties save where this is necessary in connection with the performance by us or as otherwise authorised by you. The use of your personal data is used according to article 13 of law No. 196/03 Data Protection (Privacy) law in Italy.
